The beginning class will cover safety, setting up your own studio, and materials needed to get started in the fantastic world of hot glass. Plus you will get used to working in the flame by making "stringers" and "twisties", moving on to simple shapes of beads.
The 2nd session is your starting point for more advanced techniques. Learn how to make various bead shapes, decorate with your stringers and twisties, make dots, feather the design, add texture, and, time permitting, work with silver foil and/or murrini. All materials are included. Take home the beads you make! Materials kit $25 + tax.
